Jeep® Compass named Best Compact SUV by leading motoring magazine in the Middle East

• Jeep_® Compass honoured in Automobile magazine's 2018 awards and takes coveted "Best Compact SUV" title
• Award follows series of demanding tests by expert panel of the magazine

The all-new Jeep_® Compass has been named Best Compact SUV by the respected Middle East motoring magazine Automobile.

The model, which is now available at Jeep dealerships across the region, took the honour after being put through its paces by a judging panel made up of expert motoring journalists. To reach its verdict, the panel tested all models in the segment in a series of challenges on and off-road.

Jeep Compass came out on top - underlining its reputation as the market's most capable compact SUV.

Jeep Compass offers a winning combination of contemporary Jeep design, best-in-class off-road capability, superb on-road driving dynamics and an array of advanced and user-friendly connectivity and safety features.

The Compass range available in the Middle East is powered by a 2.4-litre Tigershark petrol engine with MultiAir2 technology, which delivers 172 horsepower at 6,400 rpm, 237 Nm of torque and is paired to the nine-speed automatic gearbox and 4x4 configuration.
